These were my pretty valentines cupcakes! Chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting, and cinnamon hearts for decor, I sprinkled some of them with edible snow. Sometimes I just have to bake, despite my dislike of Valentine's Day. Thanks to my brother-in-law Scott for helping me take the pictures, I'm kinda dense when it comes to photography! Oh yeah, Melissa did teach me how to frost pretty! Although, I already knew I was going to pipe it on.

Your culinary creations are awesome, but cupcakes just don't tempt me when it comes to eating! I wish I had the same problem with other sweets... lol
P.S. What is edible snow? What is the white heart in the first picture? and How did you cheat?
For the white hearts, I piped melted white chocolate onto wax paper and let them get hard! I didn't like them much, so I only used a few. Edible snow is the sparkley stuff, like glitter, only you can eat it! I cheated because I did something for Valentine's Day even though I abhor it!
They were delicious! Please, please make more. I made some and they weren't nearly as good as yours!
