So I met Micky Dolenz, not only did I make him pose for a picture with me, but I may have bought a cd and had him sign it! I feel much better about this as of late, discovering the Diablo Cody, writer of Juno, has almost an identical shot on her blog! As she so often does, she made this incredibly geeky thing (me) cooler than before. How bad can I be if a totally cool oscar winner has the same cheesy picture? Now I am quite proud. I know. I know I’m a huge dork, and my hair looks really, really (excruciatingly) bad curly. At least I know now to never do my hair like that again. Love you Micky!

My, how the stars [haha] lined up for you! Just think of everything that had to have happened just just so for you to have your picture, for Cody to write and win and academy award so we know who she is, that she has a photo like your's and your found it, and that you met Mickey and he is famous for being a Monkee....

I am so jealous. I watched reruns of The Monkees growing up and Micky was always my favorite. Where did you meet him?
