Obsession...

For those of you who don't know my obsession with these wallets! I own it in burgandy, black, and teal! Hehe...my guilty pleasure.

Darn!

My Dad just got 2 brand new Seadoo's and I'm not going to Lake Powell! Everyone knows my Daddy loves yellow, but the red and gray ones may have been easier to clean! Anyway, they can get up to 70 miles per hour, we only got to 55 (always a next time)!

So good...Mango is my favorite, but peach is pretty great. I know you can get it at Day's Market in Provo. I'm not sure where else.

So I'm a little OCD...

Does anybody else clean obsessivly? I had a bad night and couldn't sleep so I cleaned out entire kitchen, cuboards and everything! Dust must be destroyed.

My Favorite treat...in the whole world!

Bottom Layer
½ cup unsalted butter (European style cultured)
¼ cup sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg beaten
1 ¼ cups graham wafer crumbs
½ c. finely chopped almonds
1 cup coconut
Melt first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler. Add egg and stir to cook and thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Press firmly into an ungreased 8" x 8" pan.

Second Layer
½ cup unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. and 2 Tsp. cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla custard powder
2 cups icing sugar
Cream butter, cream, custard powder, and icing sugar together well. Beat until light. Spread over bottom layer.

Third Layer
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate (1 oz. each)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Melt chocolate and butter overlow heat. Cool. Once cool, but still liquid, pour over second layer and chill in refrigerator.

This is the racquet I asked for for Christmas, I know a ways a way. It's the racquet Roddick uses though!

I watched this last night with David! It's his favorite movie, I'd give it a seven...

While my Parents are in Croatia, Italy, and Turkey, I will be babysitting my younger siblings!

Roddick loses to Gasquet!

Andy Roddick lost in the Quarterfinal of Wimbledon today! I won't lie, I'm basically devastated. To add insult to injury, he lost to a Frenchman! Gasquet broke Roddick's streak of 18 tiebreakers won!
